We send out orders daily. Delivery takes between 2-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery including tracking. If you haven't received your order, please get in contact via email and quote your order number.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If the courier hands you a damaged parcel, please sign as damaged so that we can show proof to the delivery company. Provide us with pictures via email as soon as you can.
